Being a father can be one of the most important experiences in a man's life. Therefore, this group is intended for fathers who face the challenges of parenthood and want to live them consciously and better cope with the difficulties it brings.

The Fathers' Group is a place where men can meet and share their experiences and struggles in being a father. The group creates a space to explore the fears and difficulties associated with the changes that occur both internally and in relationships with partners, family, friends and in professional life.

In a group, men have the opportunity to jointly explore identity changes - what it means to be a father - in their personal space and in the wider community and culture. Group therapeutic work allows each young father to look at his own experiences with his father and other paternal figures.

Certain cultural patterns make it difficult for men and fathers to seek help for each other. For example, a man is expected to "deal with problems on his own," which often causes isolation and a feeling of loneliness. It happens that men, trying to deal with complicated emotional problems, fall into various types of addictions, struggle with anxiety and depression, become irritable, which generates conflicts in relationships with loved ones, such as a wife or partner, or they run away to work.

A space is created in the group where it is possible to freely express and exchange thoughts and feelings in an atmosphere of security and trust. In a group, you can overcome emotional inhibitions, try out and learn new behaviors through the experience of being with other men. The presence of other fathers can be a source of support and valuable feedback that broadens self-awareness and teaches new strategies for dealing with the challenges of fatherhood while caring for one's own male needs.
