EDUCATION

I am a graduate of the Institute of Psychology, Of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. I graduated from the Psychotherapy Study in  Laboratory of Psychoeducation  in Warsaw, a center recommended by the Polish Psychological Association and certified by the Polish Psychiatric Association. I am a member of the Polish Psychological and Scientific Society of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

EXPERIENCE

​

I am currently working at the VIOMA Laboratory and at the Psychoeducation Laboratory in Warsaw, conducting individual therapy and a seminar as part of  Psychotherapy Study.  

​

I have many years of experience helping in various places. I have worked in both the public and private sectors. I gained my experience in places such as: Zakład Opiekuńczo-Leczniczy, Society  Friends with Disabilities, Department of Treatment of Neuroses and Personality Disorders, Mental Health Clinic of SPZOZ Szpital im. Babinski,  General Psychiatric Ward of the Department of Adult Psychiatry, Medical University of Lodz.  ​​​

IN WHAT I HELP

Pro​ I provide psychotherapy for people with anxiety (neurotic) disorders, stress-related disorders, mood (depressive) disorders, personality disorders, mental and behavioral disorders caused by the use of psychoactive substances, as well as psychotic disorders.

​

I help build satisfying relationships with others and myself. I support you in finding inner strengths needed to implement your plans and make life decisions. I accompany people who have stopped somewhere and feel lost and lonely. I help you understand symptoms that can often be misunderstood and cause suffering. I support people who want to get to know themselves, their emotions and needs better.

​

In addition, I conduct couple psychotherapy and group therapy.  

​

I work in the field of psychodynamic therapy using psychoanalytical theories. I supervise my work at a certified supervisor of the Polish Psychological Society and the Polish Psychoanalytical Society.
